Ryu: A Quick SketchJust got my PC back up and running. Haven't worked on it for a week or so. Just wanted to get some scribbles together. Quick sketch - 40 mintues or so. Err yeah, I know the anatomy is totally whack. I'm working on doing my drawings directly in Photoshop vs. the traditional pencil and paper > scan method, so please forgive the elementary nature of this drawing. I need a lot of practice before this starts to feel natural. I drew Ryu from Street Fighter, because he has always been a favorite subject of mine, and I decided to work on something a little more familiar to make my struggles a little less painful.
